This package is an all-inclusive package, so that your stay, food, and yoga will all be taken care of (tax included) The schedule: morning and afternoon yoga sessions alternating between hatha, vinyasa and yin style classes. Morning classes are flexible to suit your needs and plans for the day. Afternoon classes are at 4 pm every day. The afternoon is yours to relax and enjoy by the pool. The length of this package can be customized, but we suggest a minimum of 5 days to make the experience worthwhile, however a week is ideal. Enjoy one fun workshop during your stay, options include: acro yoga, chakra and body, plant based diet or cooking class

Yoga Gentle Box
This is an all-inclusive package for those looking to do a week-long gentle detox combined with daily yoga. This will be a week of pure relaxation and shedding any stagnation in the body. Gentle detox means a lot of lemon and coconut water, smoothies and green juices, raw food for lunch and vegetable soups for dinner. We invite to remove caffeine, cigarettes and alcohol. One week will have you feeling lighter than ever, with a clear body and mind. The yoga classes in this package will be more gentle one-on-one hatha and yin yoga session. We will also incorporate pranayama, meditation and deep relaxation. Enjoy one complimentary massage.

Yoga and Surf Getaway
Choose between a 5 or 7 day package retreat for anyone looking for an escape back to nature combining a program of yoga, surf, healthy food, massage and more. You will receive all meals and accommodation at Utopia along with water, coffee and tea. Daily surf and yoga — of course! We also provide transportation to and from the T-land surf break, along with airport pick up and drop off.
